DANISH ART IN THE 60´s AND THE 70´s

Danish art from the 60´s and the 70´s is in particular represented by works of Willy Ørskov, Per Kirkeby, Stig Brøgger, Hein Heinsen, Mogens Møller, Bjørn Nørgaard, the brothers Arne and Jørgen Haugen Sørensen, Egon Fischer, Frithioff Johansen, Kurt Trampedach, Tom Krøjer and Niels Strøbæk. Per Kirkeby has attained reputation in the international forum as one of the most important Danish artists. The museum owns a number of his works from the 60´s.
